Unlike iPhone 5s, the 5c has an all new design but the same things inside. It sports the same fast A6 chip that was in iPhone 5. It also has the same camera and the same retina display. What's new is the design. It has a plastic back, a high quality plastics, much better than that present in iPhone 3g and 3gs. It comes in 5 different colours, as the name 5c stands for 5 colours. And for sure it comes with iOS 7 which will by default have a theme to match with the colour of your iPhone. Since the 'c' of iPhone 5c doesn't stands for cheap so don't think you can get it at a low price. The 16 GB model is of $549 and the 32 GB one is of $649 and there is no 64 Gb model.
